This trip to kidepo valley national park through budadri will give you great encounters through Uganda’s national park; kidepo is situated in karamoja in the north east .It happens to be isolated in so meaning it is visited by a few people and yet it has great sceneries.

Day 1: Transfer from airport to Kampala.
On arrival you will be picked from the airport by a representative from Gecko safaris who will then take you to the hotel at which you made reservation so as to check in, freshen up have dinner and overnight sleep.it could be at Serena Kampala hotel, Sheraton Kampala hotel, Hotel Africana.
Day 2: Transfer from Kampala – Jinja

You will wake up early enough to do an urban tour that will take you around Kampala thereafter to Ndere cultural center for a lunch meal and then proceed see a beat of culture at the Centre and then be back on your journey to Jinja .you will pass the Nile on the way take photos for memory and then head straight to the lodge for dinner and overnight at Jinja Nile resort.

Day 3: From Jinja –Mount Elgon national park.

After breakfast you will be picked from your hotel, drive to Mbale via Jinja -Tirinyi which is about 256km that’s about 3 hours. From Mbale to Budadiri its 30kmwhich will take around an hour, Mbale to Sipi Falls is about 66km 1 and a half hours. From Sipi Falls to Kapkwai its 45km which is 1/half hours. Relax for the rest of the afternoon as you prepare for the next day’s hike. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

 Day 4: Drive to kidepo national park

You will then drive to Kidepo valley national park passing through the Karamoja region and Kitgum dischettah-kidepo district. The trip will provide you a rare glance that you have not seen in the rest of Uganda’s national parks, introduction to the Acholi and the Karamajong culture is one of the  items that a few visitors get to experience .On arrival at the park you will check in have lunch and then head for relaxation, dinner and overnight .
Day 5: Game drives.gv
Breakfast and then go for a very early morning game drive to catch up with the early risers such as lions, and leopards. Other animals to be spotted include Bat-eared Fox, Stripped Hyena, Cheetah, Caracal Lesser, Greater Kudu, Roan Antelope, Besia Oryx, Eland, Defassa Waterbuck, Oribi, Bohor Reedbuck, and Jacksons Hartebeest, Rothchilds Giraffe and Burchell’s Zebra, Lions, white Buffalo and Elephants which can be seen in Narus Valley. You will return to the lodge for lunch and in the afternoon visit the local communities and do activities with them like milking of the cows and participating in their traditional dances. Dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Kidepo national park-Gulu town

Breakfast and drive back to Gulu Town which is about 3-4 hours. You can choose to mingle with the people of the north through a community walk where you will be able to see the different way of life that those people take up on a day to day basis, then go to Gulu town for lunch in the very same location, taste the local meals. Dinner and overnight in Gulu town.
Day 7: Gulu-Kampala

Have breakfast and then drive back to Kampala with a stop for lunch in any town of your choice there after you will head straight to Kampala to check in at the hotel freshen up dinner and overnight at Africana hotel.

Day 8: From Kampala to Entebbe International airport.

All packed up and had breakfast in assumption that you have enjoyed you safaris to the north eastern part of Uganda. You can opt for the hotel van to take you to the airport or you can be picked up by the company driver to drop you at the airport as you have a conversation about the different scenarios you had .The Airport drop off will only be on the basis of agreement of your safari itinery and quotation of prices.
