Tour two countries Uganda and Rwanda so as to familiarize with the peaceful apes through engaging in a double gorilla trek that will earn you an experience worth memorizing.

DAY 1: CITY TOUR

At Entebbe International airport you will meet the Gecko safaris representative to transfer you to your hotel for check in. Depending on the time of arrival you will go for a city tour to visit places that include: the Uganda museum, Kasubi Tombs, Namugongo Uganda Martyrs shrine and the Bahai temple All of which have a unique architectural design. You will then have dinner and a night at your hotel of choice.

DAY 2: LAKE MBURO NATIONAL PARK

Drive to Lake Mburo for a game drive along the lake shore track, through the Kigambara Loop that offers interesting guided lakeside walks. You will see animals like topis, elands, zebras and buffaloes. You will have lunch then go for a boat ride on Lake Mburo to view birds, Papyrus, Brown-faced Lapwings, the extraordinary White winged Warbler, and Bare-Faced Go-away bird. Dinner and overnight at Mantana Luxury Tented Camp or Rwonyo Camp.

DAY 3: BWINDI IMPENETRABLE FOREST.

Have your breakfast and then drive west to Bwindi Park through Maramagambo and Ishasha following the mystical Rwenzori Mountains for most of the journey. Look out for game en-route through the Ishasha sector expect to see animals like buffaloes, antelopes, elephants, Uganda Kobs and many more. You will reach your destination in the late afternoon to have a rest around the Forest and explore the services the camp rested at has to offer. Have your dinner and rest.

DAY 4: GORILLA TREKKING IN BWINDI IMPENETRABLE FOREST

This morning you will leave for the park headquarters to have a briefing before you embark on Gorilla tracking. You will explore Bwindi impenetrable which is a stunning forest that offers a heavily forested and dense landscape crossed by numerous animal trails, allowing access for tourists. While tracking gorillas in Bwindi, look out for animals like the rare monkeys, buffaloes, leopards, elephants, bush-bucks, black-fronted duikers, and giant forest hogs. The gorilla trekking activity is a tiring one since you will look for the primates for some good time but observing and spending time with the mountain gorillas is an enthusiastic adventure. They are shy and peaceful- an experience that is unforgettable. Thereafter have dinner and rest.

DAY 5: TRANSFER VOLCANOES RWANDA GORILLA PARKm.

Have breakfast and proceed to Rwanda via Kisoro and cross the Border to Ruhengeri side of Rwanda. Then take dinner and overnight.

DAY 6: GORILLA TREKKING RWANDA IN PARC NATIONAL DES VOLCANOES.

In the morning you will be briefed at Pac de volcanoes headquarters in Ruhengeri with a cup of coffee to curb the coldness and a traditional dance to be entertained by the Banyarwanda.There after you will head to the forest and begin tracking the Gorillas at 9:00am. The time you will spend tracking these peaceful apes will depend on their movement. After tracking these humble and amazing giants you will be awarded certificates of the trek then drive to lodging for dinner and overnight.

DAY 7: KIGALI AIRPORT

Early morning after your breakfast proceed to Kigali for city sightseeing. Visit places in the city including genocide memorial site at Gisozi. This is a big place and it takes a lot of time to complete almost to 4 hrs. and then a few art and craft shops in the city. Refresh and you will be transferred to Kanombe airport in Kigali to catch your flight.

This package will include: Gorilla permit, drinking water, and transport on ground, camping gears.
